Our restaurant concept is founded on providing affordable Latvian cuisine presented in a modern way and prepared with high-quality ingredients sourced from local farms. Classic yet unconventional, simple yet exciting. Our chef reinvents famous dishes by incorporating original and bold combinations of ingredients, while our stylish handmade tableware serves as a beautiful canvas for the variety of flavors.
